Before Hair Transplant
Operation and Preparation
When you decide to have a hair transplant, there are some important steps you should pay attention to for a successful result. First, you need to come to our office so that we can perform hair analysis and evaluate the suitability of the donor area. After determining the procedure date, all your blood tests should be done, your health information should be questioned and information should be given about what needs to be done before the operation.
- 10 Days Ago: Alcohol should not be consumed.
- As of Today: Medicines such as Coraspin and aspirin, which have blood thinning effects, should be avoided. When necessary, painkillers such as Parol can be used.
- Food and Clothing: It is important that you arrive having had breakfast on the day of the operation. Additionally, it is recommended that you bring a shirt or a dress with a front zipper.
- Other Suggestions: Alcohol, herbal tea and caffeine-containing drinks should not be consumed at least 4-5 days before the planting date.
